Yay! We're thrilled you'll be joining us in Oaxaca! Now let's get you booked. 

Notes:

• The 2024 itinerary is subject to change based on previous trip feedback and availability*
• The December 4th - 8th departure is a Phone-Free trip*

Please follow the steps below to confirm your place on the trip. 

STEP 1:

Click BOOK NOW and fill out the booking form. You'll be asked to confirm that you've read and agree to our Terms and Conditions and Traveler Pledge.

STEP 2:

Choose whether you would like to pay in full or in installments. If you would like to pay in installments, please pay just the deposit now, and select "pay in installments" on your booking form. The deposit will be
subtracted from your total. 

If you choose to pay in installments, you will be sent automatic payment requests as specified below:

• 91 days before trip - 50% of trip cost 
• 61 days before trip - 75% of trip cost
• 31 days before trip - 100% of trip cost

If at any point, you would like to pay ahead of schedule, send us an email at support@ftlotravel.com and we'll send you a payment request for the specified amount. 

STEP 3: 

You will receive a confirmation as soon as you complete your booking. We will follow up with a personal note and info about next steps. Don't worry, all of these steps will be recounted for you. We got your back. 

NOTE: Please wait to hear from us before booking flights. 

STEP 4:

Fill out the Pre-Trip Survey to provide us with all your necessary personal information. This will help us choose the best roommate for you! The survey link will be in your booking confirmation email, so make sure to check that out.

STEP 5:

Once you receive the green-light from our team to book flights, go ahead and purchase your tickets based on the arrival and departure instructions in the email. Now is also the best time to purchase your trip insurance.

STEP 6:

Fill out the Flight & Trip Insurance Survey so we can track your departure and arrival time and confirm you have met the trip insurance requirement. The link to this survey is provided via email approximately 60-days prior to the trip departure date.

STEP 7:

Join the Pre-Departure Hub to access the full itinerary, the accommodations, and be connected to the other travelers and your trip leader! The invite link will be sent to you approximately 30-days prior to the departure date.

STEP 8:

Complete the Health Declaration Form which states that you have not been exposed to Covid recently nor exhibited any symptoms. It also asks travelers to acknowledge that if they test positive for Covid during their trip, they may be asked to leave the trip. The link to this form will be sent to you 2-days before your trip.

Get excited!! You're going to OAXACA!
